Know Your Customer
Customers of the LTL infastructure must adhere to the know your customer features and provide all information to be able to utilise the system. Checks will be completed through external partners to complete the know your customer verification process and your data will be provided to them and not shared with any other third party from LTL or the company engaged for the know your customer checks. The company will identify politically exposed persons as well as jurisdictions under sanctions and individuals under sanctions whereby those persons may be required to provide further information to be able to complete money transfers. Any transfers by politically exposed persons or those under sanctions or sanctioned countries may have their funds frozen and passed to relevant authorities. All international and local laws will be abided to in the event of unlawful transfer or participation in unlawful transfer of funds.
